Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

At seleport ltd we take every care to make sure you receive the same item shown in our product pics. please be aware that some of our products may change or be updated at short notice. Any issues can be quickly and easily rectified via our support on whatsapp or via email.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt will immediatey be sent to your email address. we are currently working on also implementing a direct receipt to your whatsapp number as well. this unique feature is in the process of development and will be fully functional by this christmas season

How can I return an item?

You must first contact our customer service via our whatsapp number or simply click the whatsapp icon on the lower right of our website. you will be guided by one of our helpfull staff throughout the process.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We usually restock items in a timely manner on our website. sometimes however there may be a slight delay. Please note only items that are available in our wharehouse will be listed and viewable . out of stock items will not appear on the site.
