There are No Delivery Charges for orders on our Website. With Seleoprt Ltd you get FREE SHIPPING anywhere within Trinidad and Tobago.

I live in a rural area. Do you deliver to rural areas?

Yes! We believe that your location should not exclude you from enjoying the very best goods and services at an exceptional price.

How much would I have to pay for delivery if I live in Tobago?

We offer FREE DELIVERY for all customers, in both Trinidad and Tobago.

 

How long will delivery take?

Our couriers work diligently to get your product to you within 24-hours of purchase.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you make your order on our website you will immediately recieve an email with an invoice detailing your order. If you have made a credit card purchase your order will be processed immediately and sent out for delivery.

If you choose to pay via bank transfer you will still recieve the invoice via email but you have to do the transfer from your bank to our bank in the ammount stated in the invoice. Also you will have to include the order id/ invoice number that is on the invoice in your payent details or memo to us.  once you send us either a pic or the details of the payment going to "order id/invoice number we will move your order to processing and it will be packaged and sent out to you in the shortest possible time. all of this can be done same day it all depends on how quickly payment is made and confirmed after purchase online

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes an invoice is immediately sent to you via email once you purchase online through our shpping cart. The process is automatic.

What time should I order my product if I want to get it today?

Orders completed before 10:00 A.M. will be delivered on the same day. After this time, depending on your location, orders will be delivered the next day.

The courier just left my home and I noticed a defect in my product when I opened the package. Can I call him/her on the number s/he contacted me on to get him/her to come back and give me an immediate exchange on the item?

No. Couriers are not allowed to exchange any item without being informed by the manager that s/he can do so. Contact us at 1-868-398-2388 for guidance on the process to have your item exchanged and to troubleshoot to determine if this is a manufacturing defect or other issue. Alternatively, you can chat with an agent on our website or leave a message via our technical support team.

 

I want to talk to the courier that recently delivered to my home to make another purchase. Can I contact him/her?

We expect our couriers to conduct themselves professionally and follow the MOTOR VEHICLES AND ROAD TRAFFIC ACT as outlined in the Laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. As such, we would not encourage couriers to answer phone calls or texts while driving. What type of packaging would my item come in?

Sometimes customers are worried that their items came damaged (by the company or courier) or are concerned about their privacy in receiving a purchase. All products are delivered in tamper-proof packaging such as;
Shrink bands/seals - They are small sleeves of shrink film that are shrunk around product containers. Shrink bands are sometimes perforated to be user-friendly. Shrink bands match the specific size of the top of a container.
Over wraps - These are pieces of plastic film that have been wrapped around a product and sealed with heat or adhesives.
Poly mailer - Poly mailers are made of strong polyolefin which helps with water, puncture, tamper, and tear-resistant tear-resistant applications. With a white outer surface and a silver lining to provide excellent opacity. self-seal lip and tape provide quick and easy closure. High-strength seams keep contents secured even when overstuffed.
Bubble mailer – These are bubble-lined poly mailers that have 3/16″ bubble lining which helps cushion products during shipment. These bubble mailers feature a convenient peel-and-seal closure. The smooth exterior makes labeling these bubble poly mailers easy. They are moisture-resistant. and tear and tamper-resistant.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

When the order payment is made my bank account?

Once you have done the online bank transfer, you must notify us via email or whatsapp with either a pic of the transfer or the information of the ammount and the invoice number/order id that this payment is concerning. We will monitor our bank on our side and once the payment arrives at our bank we will complete the processing of your order.

What is wishlist?

A wishlist is a way for you to save a list of products you are interested in purchasing at a later date. By simply adding these products to a list you can easily recall them when you are ready to do the purchase. and it avoids you have to go searching through the site again for the same product

I made a purchase from your company and the item seems defective. What can be done?

That’s okay. Contact customer service with a copy of your receipt for support on troubleshooting, and if necessary, an exchange on the item.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. At seleport we give you the ability to make changes to your order.

I made a purchase from your company but I do not understand the in-box instructions on how to use it. How can you help?

We keep your personal details confidential. We do not sell your information to third parties or allow any member of our dedicated team to have access to your information unless it is being used on an invoice or for delivery of an item.

 

I don’t have a credit card. How can I make a purchase?

We accept online debit card payments as well as linx payments upon delivery. Just choose the option that best suits you at checkout.

 

I forgot my wallet at home and the courier is here. Can she/he take me to a nearby ATM for cash or to my home so I can get my wallet to pay?

No. Couriers are not allowed to allow any customer into their vehicles for the purpose of completing a sale. Inform customer service who will reach out to the courier to reschedule your delivery at your convenience.
